Up default circle size by 1?

I'd say that it's up to the mappers.
That's actually why all my beatmaps have fairly large circles, and why my hard maps generally are at the default circle size (or default+1), but rarely any smaller than that.

I'm pretty content with the current default, personally.

Increase them then? It's not like you have to stay in-line with PC. Also changing default is not going to change previous maps, so that approach makes more sense I think.
