Jak nie próbowałeś to możesz spróbować zainstalować na inny dysk.
Nigdzie nie znalazłem wymagań osu!, ale jeśli miałeś system 64-bitowy możliwe że właśnie tyle potrzebujesz jeśli teraz masz 32-bitową wersję.

myślę, że szybciej otrzymałbyś odpowiedź na forum pomocy technicznej
