Changing the song after clearing the map

I've been trying to change the song that plays after you clear the beatmap. I have already tried changing the applause.wav file and what happens is that the beatmap song and the applause.wav song plays at the exact same time. I want to make only the applause.wav song play after the beatmap.

Unfortunately, you can't stop the music of a beatmap when you get to the ranking panel.

It just depends on the beatmap you've played. Some will have the music continue when you get to the ranking panel, or some will stop it before then.
