Why? I mod for fun and to get better. want to be actually helpful(a little bit)

Who are you? A mapper/modder wannabe/tournament organizer and a con artist. In most games I am the scrub hard stuck at low/mid elo and ends up quitting out of frustration cuz I stopped having fun.

Preferences and whatnot
who cares
1. I value gameplay and contrast/song representation 1st. I have a sweet tooth for maps that are suitable for tournaments(consistent difficulty and no random gameplay elements like a square stream in a 180 bpm 6* anime jumps map). HOWEVER,it should still pay attention to the song,else we end up with a "jump practice map"(subjective take)
2. Anything above 9* makes my brain explode.
3. Hard tech(haha fast sliders go brr);experimental;conceptual maps are too hard for me.
4. I dont care about hitsounds(for now).
5. Whether I actually mod 10 maps or die again for an entire year is rng.
6. Visuals ,blankets are so on and so forth arent my priority
7. anything very low bpm(below 130bpm) makes me want to sleep. 300+bpm deathstreams are ehh
8. songs with 2795 redlines(tengaku,wings of justice,etc) scare me.
9. please,real songs(no "songs compilation" likes)
10. above 8 minutes I start spacing out
11. I like rhythms,like active 1/3s
