osu!mania is still under development, but there is one major change: Maximum score is decreased from 10M to 1M. This makes many existing (local) scores pretty much broken (all 1M+ scores will be unbeatable), hence I do the most logical thing (hopefully) of clearing the local scores of every diff where I have local scores of osu!mania.
Apparently this clears the scores of that diff in all modes, not only osu!mania. Well, I don't particularly care of local scores, but there are some replays which I save as local (not exported to osz) which might also be lost. (If this isn't the case, I haven't figured out how to get the replays back.) And there might be a few people out there who care about local scores.
My suggestion is pretty much obvious: Clearing the scores of a certain mode should clear only scores in that mode.
Can this be implemented? Depending on the structure of how local scores are saved, this can be trivial or very difficult (including either checking the mode of each local score stored or overhauling the structuring of storing local scores). Just some suggestion; not overly necessary although it's nice to see it in place.
Thanks for your attention!
