My first question is who would use these shortcuts... I rarely visit the options panel, and I am pretty sure most are the same.
Next, is there an intuitive and aesthetically pleasing way to show where the hotkeys go to?
I am not against it, but I would want some things answered before even considering supporting it.

I Think you got the time to press on the tabs ... Not really needed to have shortcuts on every single thing in this game.

In practice the time until you press the shorcut button is enough to click on the tabs as well. So the navigation time will not be shortened with this. I'm not agains it but no support from me.
