What's the best method to finding MAT/BAT's for bubble/ranking

Very few have modding queues(maybe one or two) so im wondering what's the best method to finding one to mod my map while on the road to getting ranked

Be patient
Show your map on #modreqs
Post on different MAT/BAT modding queues
Ask for a mod to a MAT/BAT

Best way would be to increase map star priority.
Next would be #modreqs, mentioning SP and NOT MAT/BAT.
last resort, private messaging.

Best way is to be friend with them so they will mod your map in notime.meow

In case your map is bubbled, only thing you need to do is to increase SP. High SP-bubbled maps are first priority for BATs so in case you have bubble it shouldnt be a problem

However in order to get a bubble honestly IN-game PM was the best method from my experiance because usually they don't have any queue. Just make sure you read their signiture and userpage before doing so.
