How to stop being stressed while playing osu ?

It can sounds stupid to feel insane stress on a video game unless youre playing at world championship watched by 100k viewers but i feel that same pressure while playing lonely in my room like if people would be watching me and judge everything i do and i want this to stop because it affects my gameplay very hardly :
1-because of this im very tense on my hands and on all my body while playing that cause my right wrist to be burned by mousepad, my left fingers to hit too hard my keyboard that hurts my wrist after some seconds of a map and neck pain.
2-because of this tense im not very flexible and fluid on my mouvements that make me hard to hit corners and i play on my reflexes like if i should ABSOLUTLY not miss a note that make my playstyle looks like a parkinson player
3-overall i feel pretty bad when i launch osu or a map that i have to do a better score on while it just should be pleasure but i don't know i can't tell myself that
4-even if i manage to do a new top score on maps i feel not very proud of it because it was played in stress and not very in pure pleasure

You will get familiar with don't worry, you're not the only one, im shaking when im soon to fc any maps (even 4* who are really easy) but if you're anxious or hard shaking then try to not think about it and play low length maps (TV size for example) if can help a little bit or you can play map where you are really confident but if you want to stop shaking on every maps you can only learn by yourself with the time!

why not search for songs you're emotionally attached to? so that you can play not for the sake of playing but for the sake of love for the song

unorthodox opinion: don't set any goals whatsoever, do not even aim to score a full combo. take your time, play around, make yourself comfortable in the first place. and yeah, start with familiar songs first, if there are any

I don't really want to "escape" the problem by playing in a comfortable and safe way, i just want to solve the problem that i'm maybe taking this game too seriously and that i can't take pleasure just because i feel like watched by everyone

I didn't say that you should "escape" the problem, i said that you have to play first of all, kind of map where you're kinda confident and see by yourself if you're still hard shaking or not. Because you can't escape when it comes to stress, its better if you focus mainly on confident maps first and slowly moving to harder maps and try, retry over and over (not in a row) but try sometime and you will be less shaky than the first 10 plays

Before asking how to not be stressed ask yourself what makes you stressed. It's most likely that you want to get the best score, reach a new record and be on top. You want to be good and respected player, and that's why you feel pressure while trying to not miss any clicks or loose your combo.

My advice is...don't take the game so seriously. Just play for fun. If you fail, you fail, you'll do better next time. If you win, good job, reward yourself, don't expect to get a higher score just right after your new accomplishment. And one last thing : I don't know if you can do that but I can so I will say it, try daydreaming while playing the game (That's for when you are more fan into the game, don't daydream from the moment you start the match) this way you'll get distracted by the thoughts of failure. But don't take your eyes off the screen and don't look at others' scores if you are competing or if you play solo don't look at your own score, this will just distract you

Same. Whenever I'm about to FC a song, my body start burning, my eyes and fingers intense shivering. Then I shitmiss...

just sing along to the song. or like, don't set goals or be like "if i choke this im gonna slam my desk
" it will just make you stressed. so pretty much just stay calm.

Maybe you just caring about: How you hold your mouse/pen or worrying about misses that you can make. Or do you care about scores? Your brain need to get that this is just a game, and nothing at all. Find some fun in multiplayer (really helps), don't play for first place but for fun with another players. If you playing (or gonna be playing) some tournaments, then take a break from them. Don't be afraid to miss, everybody do them, even pros.

Don't force yourself to play on beatmaps which are outside of your comfort zone. Try playing with friends or with other players in multiplayer lobbies.

It could be more of a personal problem, I advise you to ask for medical advice
