It did make my eyes teary, but I've never droped a tear watching anime.
The first thing that broke me as a human. I cried 3-4 times and got teary whenever I heard the Dango Daikozoku song. Only gained immunity to it later. (also my brother got a hold of a video of me crying -_-)
