  1. This is a 4v4 double-elimination tournament consisting of 8 teams.
  2. This is an osu!standard tournament.
  3. This is a Benelux only tournament. (Belgium, The Netherlands and Luxembourg)
  4. There will be no rank limit and the top 64 players based on BWS rank will be accepted.
  5. The tournament will be played in scorev2.
  6. There will be no group stage or qualifier in this tournament.
  7. Players will sign up individually and will be randomly assigned a team.
  8. There will be 8 players per team, each consisting of two A seed players, two B seed players, two C seed players, and two D seed players.
  9. Players will be seeded by BWS rank.
  10. Joining the discord server is required.
  11. Teams will be given 5 days to choose a team name and a captain. Failure to submit a team name will result in an assigned team name chosen by the staff. Failure to submit a captain will result in the highest rank player being made captain by default.

  1. All matches in a given week will be played on the same mappool. The Winners Bracket and the Losers Bracket will always be on the same mappool at any given point of the tournament. The format of the pools will be the same throughout every stage:
  2. 5 No Mod / 3 Hidden / 3 Hard Rock / 3 Free Mod / 4 Double Time / 1 Tiebreaker
  3. Every stage will be Best of 11, except for the Grand Finals, which will be Best of 13.
  4. On Freemod picks, each team will need two unique mod combinations. Players can pick HD, HR, or HDHR.
  5. On tiebreakers, Hidden and/or Hard Rock are allowed, but not required.

  1. The match lobby will be created by the referee, and the team captains of both teams will be invited. The captain is then responsible for inviting the rest of their team. If the captain of a team is not online, the referee will invite any other player from that team, and that player will be responsible for inviting their team.
  2. Teams have a 15 minute grace period to have at least 4 players available to play the match. If 15 minutes pass and a team does not have enough players to play the match, the other team will receive a win by default. All matches must be played as 4v4. 4v3 or 3v3 is not allowed.
  3. Once all players have joined the lobby, captains will be asked to !roll; the winner of the roll will have the first warmup, first ban, and first pick.
  4. Warmup maps will be allowed for the entirety of the tournament. Each team may select one warmup pick; warmups may not exceed 4:00 total length.
  5. The referee can give host to the players for warmups only. The referee will have host for the entire match after warmups.
  6. Each team has 2 bans per match. Banned maps are effectively removed from the mappool for the duration of the match and are not allowed to be picked. A team is allowed to ban 2 maps from the same mod pool.
  7. Teams have 2 minutes to select a map; if they fail to choose in the allotted time, the map choice will pass to the other team. This will have no effect on the order of picks afterward.
  8. There is no restriction on map selection order; teams may select any available map at any time regardless of mod.
  9. On freemod picks, each team must have two unique mod combinations. Players can pick Hidden, Hard Rock or Hidden + Hard Rock.
  10. Hidden and/or Hard Rock are allowed, but not required, on Tiebreakers.
  11. Only one of each seed is allowed to play in the lobby at any given time, so you can only have one A seed, one B seed, and one C seed.
  12. Once the map choice is locked in, players will have 2 minutes to ready up. The referee will start the match when all players are ready. If the 2 minute timer ends, the referee will force an !mp start 30 command, and the match will start with whoever is in the lobby.
  13. The winner of a map is determined by which team's four scores add up to a higher number. Basically, that just means failed scores count. To ensure no team fails can happen, No Fail will be available for whoever so chooses.
  14. If a player disconnects within the first 10 seconds of a map, the referee will abort the match and the map will be replayed. If a player disconnects after 10 seconds, both teams will continue playing. Afterwards, the map will be played again with the highest score over both runs counting for the team that did not have a disconnection.
  15. Example: Team B has a disconnection after 30 seconds. Both teams will continue playing. Team A gets a score of 3 million. After the disconnected player has returned, the map will be played again. This time, Team A gets a score of 2 million while team B gets 2.5 million. Team A will still be granted the win since the highest score over both runs will count. Team A got 3 million in their first run and thus wins the map.

  1. Short for Badge Weighted Seeding, BWS is a tournament-minded seeding method intended to more accurately seed players and enforce rank restrictions based on the player's tournament badges.
  2. In short, BWS artificially "ranks up" players based on the amount of badges they have.
  3. In terms of how much a player ranks up per badge, each badge is worth more than the one before it.
  4. More specifically, the formula is as follows:

rank^(0.9937^(badges^2))

  1. The formula caps at rank 1. That is, a player can't go past rank 1.00 BWS (even if you were rank 2 it'd take like 30 badges to actually get rank 1.00 BWS).
  2. Remember, BWS is not intended to reflect solo play skill. Read the first bullet point again.
  3. Sample BWS rank values can be found on this spreadsheet.
