A Windows Style osu! Skin
Decisions made for the skin:
At first this skin was supposed to be a Windows High Contrast only skin,
however I didn't find enough fitting elements so I included XP, Vista, 7,
and 8 (although only one windows 8 element).
I came up with the idea of making a skin that has the hit animation change
color depending on the hit-accuracy value a little bit before deciding to revive
this skin. I also think that it fits better since having white hit circles makes
the contrast a bit easier to identify when playing.
When playing, it appears that you may lose from 0 to 5% of your usual accuracy
until you get used to it.
There are two versions. One that works better without HD (has the hit accuracies have the hit animations), and one that works either nomod or HD (doesn't ahve the animation for the hit accuracies).
