ya i made a mistake. its actually 00:23:469 (6) need to be advanced a bit ti white tick (00:23:562) where it ends is good.
Distance snap fails you because you have grid snap on. turn off both and just move it, or keep it whateva xD.
You said somewhere up there that you moved something over a heart in the vid...:[ i just dont run video when editing.

Notice that there is a timing section at here in some, like mafiamaster's 00:50:414 (I think this is supposed to be an inherited kiai time) and also the other maps, I don't think the BPM changes, really, as in [Normal] doesn't have multiple sections, but if they do mean something, make it consistent throughout the other difficulties plz, cause other difficulties have timing sections at different places, supposedly they should be inherited to me.
