Hi,
I have a simple question. How many dorrah I have to buy to have 1 month supporter tag? Because I bought 1 dorrah and nothing happens. I sent a mail to peppy with the transaction ID. I paid by BOKU with SMS and it cost 4000 CLP, and the page said it was 2000 CLP. I don't understand too much about this.

Strange, because I selected the same amount shows in that image. The paid was successfully completed but nothing happens.

Because, paying sms .... in this system is strange.

The minimum ammount you need is 4 "dorrah", peppy has already stated there's an issue with the SMS system that only allows you to pay 1 "dorrah", if you sent an email to peppy then just wait patiently for his reply.

Ah, thank you very much, I didn't notice that thread because I don't spent many time in the forum. My apologies. One more question. I have some SMS imcomplete payments but Xsolla team is already working in the problem. When payment is complete, what do? the next months will active automatically or I have to send the ID transactions to peppy anyway?
