TOURNAMENT INFO

osu!standard
  1. This tournament is BYOC (Bring your own computer)
  2. The tournament is 1v1, double-elimination
  3. Due to the size of the room there can only be 16 players maximum.
  4. If there are more than 16 players, we will take the 16 highest ranks only
  5. Unlike previous LAN tournaments, there will NOT be a beginners only tournament for various reasons (PM #MyAngelNeptune8180 if you want to know why)

Seeding/Group Stage: There will be a seeding stage where every player is invited to a lobby and plays a sequence of maps in order. They will be assigned a score based on performance and will be used to calculate seed.
After seeding, the bracket will be assigned and will follow the following BO format:
  6. RO16: Best of 5
  7. Quarterfinals: Best of 5
  8. Semifinals: Best of 7
  9. Finals: Best of 9
  10. Grandfinals: Best of 11

  9. After bans, both players will subsequently alternate picking maps. Note that in the event of a tie for match point, the Tiebreaker map will have to be played.
  10. See the Map Pool pages to see what each round is best out of.
  11. Depending on the higher roll's earlier choice, the first ban is made
  12. See the below Map Pool Rules for instructions regarding the map pool!
  13. In the event both tie for score on a map (rare), no point is awarded and the player who picked it picks another map.
