But not upload osu mobile play with tablet video on youtube

Can osu mobile play with tablet too?

First of, that's opsu! and not osu!(lazer) shown in the video

Android phones have drivers, which they do have for keyboard and mouse input.
Drawing tablets are not a thing that phonen manufacturers expect people to ever use with their phones, so they do not have drivers for drawing tablets.

Don't expect iOS to support either, though.
