SB images are almost uncompressed. I re-compressed them for you without any quality loss: http://puu.sh/27z9u

Display the epilepsy warning? Some of your SB images have a sudden appearance from completely dark.
[SB]
Move all the elements to background layer? Some part are displayed incorrectly with widescreen:
00:45:873 - white.png - how about use '1' style for moving? It is more nature from what I see.

01:32:782 (4) - may touch the score bar.
[Blue Rose]
I found that the combo length in this difficulty is longer than [Red Rose], are there some special reasons?
00:18:601 (3,4) - the slider end stack is hard to read in a Normal diff. Maybe something instead?
00:59:509 (2) - add some curve on it, just like 01:00:054 (3)? So they will looks better (and neater) here. Example:
01:16:964 (1,2,3) - the overlay here adds some reading problem for new player. Try to make the pattern more clear?
02:46:964 (1) - the pre-spinner note is far away from the screen center. This may cause some problem to who have small round spin. You can put this note somewhere like:

00:11:783 (2,3,4) - How about ctrl+g to each slider? I feel that the flow can be better, especially between 00:10:965 (1,2)
00:26:237 (1,2,3,4) - the anti-jump does not makes much sense imo.. But this is my personal preference.
01:40:929 (2) - unsnapped note.
01:40:929 (2,2) - try to fix it: the two notes are not stacking properly.
02:20:509 (3,4) - maybe move them up a little? So the angle can be consistent between 02:19:963 (1,2,3,4):
02:42:054 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1) - the part has a very different pace from previous parts imo.. I think you should try to keep the pace here, or slow down the pace gradually.

Recheck, and fix a storyboard issue.

(to next BAT : yes, the issue here is that the highest diff shows as 4.52 on the listing which makes the diff spread E-E-I, while it should be 4.23 (E-E-H), I've asked around and people I asked are saying it should be fine because it's just a visual bug - I'm not really sure to send this to rank this atm although map is fine, please look at this before ranking though xD)
(PS : yep, me and bossandy already tried few methods to take care of this issue as mentioned in the chatlog, but didn't work ._.)
