My favorite would have to be.. Miku, because she seems to be the one most songs work with in my opinion. Maybe some of the deeper songs she had on Youtube, such as her version of the Elfen Lied opening were pretty bad.. however for a lot of mid-high range songs she works so well with.

Trying some vocaloid with the signature color of "Blue" later today if I can figure out the name. He's in Immoral Memory.

If it's the original Immoral Memory, that'd be Kaito.
