I never had a N64. 
But I enjoyed Mario 64 the few times I played it. (I beat the DS version but that doesn't count probably.)

Goldeneye 64 was a great game, too, I still occasionally bring it out and play DM with friends
The World Is Not Enough was a good 007 game also, though its campaign was boring. It also had AI-Bots in it that you could rename. That was fun.

I would probably say that my favorite is either Donkey Kong 64 or Goldeneye.
I do of course like Banjo Kazooie/Tooie, Zelda: OoT/MM, Starfox 64 and all of those.

These are pretty much the games I've most enjoyed in the N64. And sorry for the lovers, but I don't think Ocarina of Time was the best game for the generation. Neither Star Fox.
