Bring back the pp for tag4 maps

I don't see a reason to keep them out of the pp system since touchscreen devices have already been nerfed. Some guys really deserve the pp it gives.

Pretty sure most TAG4 maps are just considered "Loved" now, which doesn't award pp. I don't really see a reason to move them back to ranked.

There have been discussions on it when touchscreen got nerfed. Final word was that tag4 maps were not supposed to be ranked. They are in approved, which is basically the old loved categorie (in it's begenning), not ranked. Approved gave thoses map a leaderboard, not supposed to give ranking.
