This week's Second Shots might look just a bit familiar.....

Goodbye Moonmen makes its return years after its original debut, now in an era where raw aim has progressed in both ranking criteria and player ceiling. There isn't much that needs to be said — back in 2021, during the peak of COVID, it was a blessing just to watch WhiteCat and Vaxei take turns retrying this map, chasing that beautiful near-10★ FC. Now, with hundreds of new aim warriors in 2025 ready to devour any aim challenge thrown their way, it's time to bring this one back for voting and let it finally reclaim its throne.

We say goodbye...... to the graveyard section 👍👍 Vote yes!

From what I've heard, didn't this map literally cause a pipe bomb in the community and got nuked to oblivion when it previously went up for voting? I don't know how I feel about this going up again, I'm predicting it's gonna meet the same fate as it did last time.

Correct me if I'm wrong but wasnt this map rejected bcs back then it only had like 1 or 2 30 sec diffs? If that's the case, now it deserves to be loved.

The community has changed a lot, maps that are much more absurd and less popular than this have passed loved when they absolutely wouldnt have back then. We are fine

pretty much just that the map was unashamedly overmapped aim bs and so didn't meet a certain standard of quality in people's eyes. also afaik it didn't always have all those lower difficulties

this was THE fucking map for jump whitepog whatever the hell you call it back in the day, i see no reason why this map in particular shouldnt be loved, if anything its more "loved" by the community than every other map in this poll LOL . all maps should have leaderboards anyway

I remember thinking it was so dumb when this map didn't get loved before because I completely agree with you. Why not give it a leaderboard? The whole point of "loved" is that a map is enjoyed by the community. So many loved maps are already at such high diffs that only the top percentage of players can enjoy them - why not love a map that has this many favorites and so many people who like it, even if they're lower-ranked players? Truly who cares? Having more loved maps is fun and a net positive.

I'm not the target audience, but 5.8k favorites shows that a lot of people clearly do care for it. This isn't just 'first time mapper hits it big' either so why not.

this map has been massively popular for years now which is literally the only purpose of the loved section

Loved team (you probably won't read this), let's be real this is basically 80% and since ppl who are against it haven't made any objective point on this discussion as to why this should't be loved, I think it's fair to put it on the loved section anyways, or give an additional day for ppl to vote. Also, I don't have evidence of this but I wouldn't be surprised if some ppl voted against it thinking the mapset only has the 2 og 30 sec diffs so they instavoted NO
