General:
Insert the BG in the other two diffs. (Tales/knuckles)
Needs a better difficulty between Knuckles and Sonic. BADLY Both the score gap and level gap is insanely huge.

Easy:
00:46:246 (1) - This spinner is rather long for the easiest difficulty. It would tire out beginners easily. I would remove it and map this part or add a break.
zzzz I hope you plan on mapping the entire thing for consistency.


Normal:
00:46:246 (1,1) - For a normal (at least I think it's a normal) I wouldn't put a note so close after a spinner. Move the slider back to 00:49:616?
00:50:628 (2) - I suggest removing the repeat and placing a note at 00:51:639 so players can click and kiai happens! :L
00:59:729 (1,1) - Same note as the first comment. I would suggest removing spinner and map it.
01:04:953 (4) - This 1/1 stack could possibly be confusing because you stacked (2,3) and they were 1/2 notes.
01:52:313 (1,1) - Same comment as the first. Move slider back?
01:56:695 (2) - Same as second comment.
02:05:796 (1,1) - Same as third comment. Possibly map it.
02:27:032 (5,6) - Don't like how 5 is overlapped 6. Try to make 6 wrap around 5 instead?

Somehow this is mapped quite better than the rest. :L
00:50:796 (3) - This is completely unexpected and rather useless increase of slider velocity. Just make it 1x.
00:52:819 (5,6,7,8,9) - I don't like the overlap. Maybe something like this?
00:58:717 (7,8,9) - ^ But no idea how to change it.
01:56:864 (3) - Same as first comment.
02:48:942 (1,1) - It may be hard/insane but I really don't like a note 1/2 after a spinner especially with such a high AR.
02:57:706 (11) - First comment. I mention these because there's no real indication when a slider slowdown/speed up happens unless it's like after a spinner and is consistent until say a kiai time. Map slider with 1x velocity.

I like how you make the sliders. But you have a few overlaps, I'll point them out:

I really think such overlaps are confusing, I'm not sure what you should do, though.
Also, should you make the spinners at 00:43:549 (1,1) - and 01:49:616 (1,1) - end and start at the same second?


In addition, sliders at 00:50:796 (3) - and 01:56:864 (3) - double in velocity unintuitively, this is really confusing. I'm sure it's alright if you don't change them, though.

could you possible reduce the health drain one tick? There are some places where your HP drains quickly without note density to back it up.

I could go all nazi-mod(e) on this map concerning some spacings, but I won't, because the map plays well and you don't even notice the small distance (1 or 2 3rd grid blocks) differences when doing so.

- Having breaks during kiai time is odd to me. Kiai time is supposed to highlight the sort of epic, awesome parts. So you probably wouldn't want to use it during a break.
- Keep consistent kiai between your (the uploader's) difficulties.
- You have some unsnapped inheriting sections, I don't have the specific ones but they should be fixed.
- For the future, I advise mapping with Distance Snap 1.0x to prevent little overlaps. It looks cool, really.

What's up with the black overlay and white slider border?
If I mention something but missed it somewhere else, don't assume it's fine. Double check the map yourself so you didn't make that error again. Songs tend to repeat, so if I only mention something once, chances are it fits in every difficulty multiple times.

Map was full of lazy sliders all noticeable on first play through (without access to the nodes). If you could, especially on the long sliders, make them as symmetrical as possible, that would be good.
I noticed an awful lot of notes on 1/2 beats, which is all well and good, but it's confusing on the easy difficulty, especially if you don't follow the lyrics almost completely.
There's a lot of sliders which end on the long white tick, or slide over them. Pay better attention to it, so that any that DO slide over are on purpose.
2x repeating sliders play poorly in general unless they are very long or very short. Keep them to a minimum.
00:03:089 (5) - you could put this slider above instead of below so that it isn't covering the next slider.
00:08:819 (1) - take off a repeat, add circle or something
00:11:179 (4,5) - I thought this played better as one long slider
00:16:573 (5) - shorten by 1/2 to map vocals
00:23:651 (3) - this didn't fit because the first note doesn't map what the last 3 seem to map.

Here's some automated warnings for you. You don't have to fix everything, but it will make your map that much better if you do put the time and effort into making it closer to perfect. If I mention something but missed it somewhere else, don't assume it's fine. Double check the map yourself so you didn't make that error again. Songs tend to repeat, so if I only mention something once, chances are it fits in every difficulty multiple times.

Map was full of lazy sliders all noticeable on first play through (without access to the nodes). If you could, especially on the long sliders, make them as symmetrical as possible, that would be good.
I noticed an awful lot of notes on 1/2 beats, which is all well and good, but it's confusing on the easy difficulty, especially if you don't follow the lyrics almost completely.
There's a lot of sliders which end on the long white tick, or slide over them. Pay better attention to it, so that any that DO slide over are on purpose.
2x repeating sliders play poorly in general unless they are very long or very short. Keep them to a minimum.
