Great job, except for one thing...
At the end of the article on jumps it says something incorrect regarding osu!'s mouse precision mode. You should turn off Windows' pointer precision mode, but you should have osu!'s mouse precision mode on if you have a low sensitivity in-game like 0.5x. The article explains Windows' pointer precision mode, not osu!'s. All osu!'s does is make your mouse's movements more precise, and is notable on low sensitivities. That is literally all it does, it doesn't affect acceleration or anything.
That common error corrected, good issue! And yes Doomsday, I confess to sometimes finding other people to do the Easy/Normal for me, even if the song's only 1 minute long! Though, I have been much better about that lately.
We're looking at it Roley, but the best thing you can do is tell adobe themselves. It also wouldn't hurt to tell google as well.Roley wrote:
One slight thing, though. I know maybe this is a limitation that cannot be fixed even if tried, but is there any way to make the high-res PDF version of osu! monthly to have its implemented hyperlinks to open in a new tab/window rather than open on the same tab osu!monthly is loaded on? It's a bit of a nuisance having to re-load the file all over again whenever we want to go back to the article after clicking a link. It doesn't bother me that much but still it would be nice if it could be fixed :3
You don't have to sign up for google docs to read this thingRaging Bull wrote:

Looks interesting.
High res taking forever to load and I'm too lazy to sign up for google orz.
Heh, well we'll look for the right balance next time around but I'm sure you don't want it to be as small as the first oneYGOkid8 wrote:
comic = win
the only thing i don't like about this
is that it is too long, imo
yeah we don't HAVE to read it all in one go, but with newletters and the such, that's what i prefer to do
hmm, just my personal preference, but otherwise enjoyed it.
Lol, I wouldn't be against the ideaTeta wrote:

osu mouse precision mode enabled give you full floating point precision on your mouse cursor position. if turned of the position gets rounded.
thats nevar evar good. its just still there because osu started with mouse precision off and some old gals may still be used to it.
anyways default should be: mouse precision on in osu!
mouse precision or acceleration in windows off
anyways great job on this issue -- aggain:)
I noticed that a bit when it came to how Google Docs read the skinny font. It shouldn't be so bad when it's zoomed in, at least.HakuNoKaemi wrote:

the low res version .. can't be readed that easily and it will be better if you used a monochromatic scale ( or black n White )

the first edition is actually the perfect length for a weekly one, but you guys wouldn't have enough time, so yeah.jjrocks wrote:

Manga translations are one thing, but intentionally writing your comic to read from right to left when it's in english makes absolutely no sense.
Also, in future, I'd recommend getting someone who actually maps to write mapping tips

As you can guess already, the 6th issue will be a couple days late due to some unexpected occurrences with the osu!monthly. We're sorry for the delay again but it does look fantastic from what I have seen so far.Raging Bull wrote:

I wasn't trying to be rude or anything. It's just that it's around this time you usually tell us that it will be delayed because of something wrong.Starrodkirby86 wrote:
It's not like we're deliberately trying to slack off or cause any of these problems, but the obstacles set against this month's issue seem much tougher than our last. However, we're doing our best and things will be OK!

"Hello!"
Maybe,
we humans are not the real controllers.
