Don't take my word for it (not a doctor or anything like that), but if you are experiencing this even after drinking lactose free milk, you might have some kind of allergy instead of being lactose intolerant. That would be my guess.

Dunno what's an MU Lifetime, but certainly don't get an iPod Touch 4th gen. Life cycles of iOS products are 12 months, so new ones are made each year. Getting one right now is like saying "HAHAHA EFF ME" to yourself since the 5th generation model will come out either this September or October, even if Apple denies it (what else are they gonna say? If they say yes its pretty much a ruined surprised for everyone)
