I actually like regular pencils better since in my experience they can provide lighter lines than a mechanical.Regular pencils don't allow me to draw thin lines though :/ Also from the direct difference I somehow draw much, much darker lines on a regular pencil oTL
I have an excellent sharpener that sharpens my pencils to a perfectly symmetrical and fine point, so that's probably why I can draw thinner lines than a mechanical pencil.
@Gezo: I would, but I don't have access to pencils or lead with different hardness other than 2B. I'd have to find an art store for that.

What do you mean by efficient? Hardness determines how dark or light the resulting line that you draw would be.
4B is a pretty soft lead, which means you would be drawing darker lines with it. You also wouldn't need to exert as much pressure in creating dark lines from it compared to, let's say, HB.

Personally 4B is a bit too much for me- if you sketch stuff with that it'll leave smudges far more easily than a harder pencil. The most I use is 2B, with HB and 2H for light shading.

Giving the character I made a bit more detail with the much expanded space. As you may have heard I used a mechanical pencil here and I felt how awesome it was.
For the lower-left pic I tried to make him sit down and... obviously it failed. Don't quite understand yet how the displacement of the angle works. I also made him a tad bit too tall and his vest kind of too short. I have no idea how to make him look like he's sitting down at all. His vest is also twisted, which is the most obvious fail in this one.
Lower-right. Failure even more. I was trying to do folded arms a bit too hard here, I guess. I also have no idea how to make the scarf look like it's actually wrapped around him, touching his body entirely. I was using a regular pencil here now btw (...Faber Castell No.2).
Guess there's nothing else so...

I was trying out some stuff and ended up failing the pic that was supposed to be in the upper right.
Upper-left: Hyper Saitama Force. I'm sorry, I Just had to do it. Lol.
Down: It's supposed to be Tenyou using Hailstorm but I kind of sucked out and failed a lot of the details here.
I don't like this page in general <_< I still wanted to do Ryougen with some Magneto pose though.
Now for the next one

And, after looking at the stream again, I think I just figured out why they were laughing at the standing don-chan and why the MCs were swatting it out of camera view whenever the guys on the floor tried to put it back up.
