@Zekira You mentioned that there's two Kyoukis
(mine and Mirai's) in the story,right?
Here's my (probably not serious) WMG to explain that

SPOILER
Mirai's (If it's my ver,we'll have to justify his similarities with Shito)
version of Kyouki is actually a future reincarnation
of Kyouki.
Let's say he accidentally activated some weird-ass artifact,
which threw him back to the past,into the main story's
timeline.
Mirai!Kyouki had no idea that there's already a Kyouki within
this timeline,so he still referred to himself as Kyouki.
When he meets up with the Kyouki of this timeline (AKA my ver),
cue the time paradox.Or identify crisis.Whatever.

Because of this,Mirai!Kyouki now needs to find a way to get back
to the future,while making sure not to cause any paradoxes and stuff

I dunno if this makes sense though…
And yeah,it's pretty cliche.Bear with me

OK so... yeah.

For the entire morning and afternoon I had to attend a recollection because of a school requirement. Lasting from 0800 to 1630.

Of course this crap kind of gets really boring after a few hours.

The only materials I had access to was my pen and the journal we were given to answer. My netbook was in my bag that was stored far away and I couldn't use it during the sessions.

So... to keep myself awake... I pretty much vandalized the back cover of the journal... lol...

The rest of the space was involving me trying to fix up his entire front-view look entirely, lol. Save for around 3-5 other drawings there, I kept trying to draw said same character.

It's impossible make alphabet of lines and weight of lines with a ballpen though... I should've brought a pencil instead hahahaha

And yeah,using a pencil is better IMO (easier to fix things when you
mess up)
Try getting mechanical pencils,thin lines are easier to work with,
and you don't need to use a sharpener

I would if I can actually find a mechanical pencil somewhere... For some reason, that thing's getting scarce here :/ And using pencils allow me to make overlaps since I can, you know, erase shit

Also there are some rageful parts that you put on Insane oTL THE PART AFTER THE LAST CHORUS IN PARTICULAR

I'm just having problems with the c-s-c-s-c pattern already then you put star pattern jump right after it. I was like "holy WHAT" sdfasdf

I thought it was a relatively easy Insane when suddenly that last part came along o_o

EDIT: The usual rating trolls are already on the map wth (it's currently 5.5, what)

GCC = Game Conqueror Community. Pretty simple name, but the history of what a "Game Conqueror" is extends way back ever since I was 5 years old.

Oh and don't bother finding it over the internet; you won't find it.





School mode for me again and I CAN'T BELIEVE I'M ACTUALLY DRAWING SHIT PROPERLY. I just borrowed the mechanical pencil of one of my classmates here and it indeed works awesome OwO

I know I'm modeling the style after someone else's, but at least I know that I can do something O_O This is getting more and more interesting for me... I'll try posting it later

Actually the most famous store in terms of school supplies here is a franchise named "National Book Store". There are a lot of branches across the entire country. I'm just not in range of the bigger branches lately; I'm pretty sure there are, I'm just not looking for them yet

Yeah I've already wasted a good lot of my eraser. I've mainly found out that practicing overlapping really requires me to erase stuff since I'll be drawing the inner stuff then just erase them as I draw the outer ones

And, if you don't have access to one, maybe I can suggest going to Jetpens.com. They have a good selection of stationary materials (I'm a huge fan of writing utensils. IDK why, but I drool whenever I go to that site, while other people just say: "They're just pens. What's your problem?"). Then again, looking at the shipping costs and timeframe, it's going to be more economical and practical to just buy from NBS.

There's also the option of getting a tablet, but again, it might not be the most economical option.

I'm not sure if I can actually find good tablets here, though there definitely are tablets here. I just don't know what to be looking for in them. I could also already shell out the money for it but I'm saving it for my gaming expenses lol

I actually like regular pencils better since in my experience they can provide lighter lines than a mechanical.

But I haven't experimented with different hardness(es) yet. I only use the standard 2B (the one commonly used for writing).

EDIT: GET A CINTIQ! DO EET!
Seriously, if I had a choice of what tablet to get, it would be that model from Wacom. It's incredibly expensive though.

I have an excellent sharpener that sharpens my pencils to a perfectly symmetrical and fine point, so that's probably why I can draw thinner lines than a mechanical pencil.

@Gezo: I would, but I don't have access to pencils or lead with different hardness other than 2B. I'd have to find an art store for that.

What do you mean by efficient? Hardness determines how dark or light the resulting line that you draw would be.

4B is a pretty soft lead, which means you would be drawing darker lines with it. You also wouldn't need to exert as much pressure in creating dark lines from it compared to, let's say, HB.

Personally 4B is a bit too much for me- if you sketch stuff with that it'll leave smudges far more easily than a harder pencil. The most I use is 2B, with HB and 2H for light shading.

EDIT: Though, the harder leads are much tougher to erase so, give and take.

I use 2B only,out of habit.
It also helps to make a really light sketch first,to figure out
the proportions/perspectives/what have you before you start
on the lineart.
(kind of a hypocrite here lol

Sengoku is male. Fortunately I haven't written anything yet; I always thought Sengoku was female
Zero is also male. Whew, my Zero x Kiluna ideas are safe.

Darn it once the fandom board comes up in Taiko Time forums I'll have to make the thread about the character details immediately so that I don't forget these things.

A not so clear detail here. Apparently, Zero's tail is really, really, REALLY fluffy. He however can't shake it himself? ("It's maybe tail, but he can't shake it himself." is what she told me)

THIS IS TOO INTERESTING, SOMEONE HELP ME UNDERSTAND THIS PLEASE D: I seriously need to know this! For some reason no matter how I translate it the first sentence in particular is too vague for me to understand D:

Zero and Fuun are cousins, and Fuun and Kiluna are cousins too. (Zero and Kiluna aren't siblings) Kiluna and Gekka are rivals, but Fuun loves Gekka..
Details check. Zero x Kiluna is still possible. Yey.

Drew top, then lower left, then lower right.

Giving the character I made a bit more detail with the much expanded space. As you may have heard I used a mechanical pencil here and I felt how awesome it was.
For the lower-left pic I tried to make him sit down and... obviously it failed. Don't quite understand yet how the displacement of the angle works. I also made him a tad bit too tall and his vest kind of too short. I have no idea how to make him look like he's sitting down at all. His vest is also twisted, which is the most obvious fail in this one.
Lower-right. Failure even more. I was trying to do folded arms a bit too hard here, I guess. I also have no idea how to make the scarf look like it's actually wrapped around him, touching his body entirely. I was using a regular pencil here now btw (...Faber Castell No.2).
Guess there's nothing else so...

WAIT WHAT AM I DONG?!

Left: I thought she'd be simple... until I got to the ribbons part, which made me lose my cool. I still don't know how proper facial expressions work either. Too tall and a lot of inconsistencies with the dress and there's just something incredibly wrong with the west and east side of the dress.

Instruments somewhat count as weapons, right? Some are magic and some are not... pretty sure someone purely uses an instrument's natural sounds as a weapon, I just forgot who

There's moar classes I think…Sorcerers(they're different from mages,
but I forgot how they're different),Psions(attacks by messing with yo mind),
Bards(may or may not be spoony)…the rest I forgot

Either Egasu or Uchuu be the bard,the rest IDK
