Here's my (probably not serious) WMG to explain that

Mirai's (If it's my ver,we'll have to justify his similarities with Shito)
version of Kyouki is actually a future reincarnation
of Kyouki.
Let's say he accidentally activated some weird-ass artifact,
which threw him back to the past,into the main story's
timeline.
Mirai!Kyouki had no idea that there's already a Kyouki within
this timeline,so he still referred to himself as Kyouki.
When he meets up with the Kyouki of this timeline (AKA my ver),
cue the time paradox.Or identify crisis.Whatever.
Because of this,Mirai!Kyouki now needs to find a way to get back
to the future,while making sure not to cause any paradoxes and stuff
