Fixed the offset. I'm not so sure about the BPM though... why should I change the BPM from 107 to 169,990? That doesn't make sense....

Renamed to Iinsane and unmuted the last note myself.

I checked through it, 106.990 isnt aligning the metronome correctly during kiai, while 107 aligns better, it may need a 2nd red line tho

Add a section with these settings:
offset 76913 // BPM 106,900

I really don't think that a second uninherited section is needed. A flat BPM of 107.000 and an offset of 645 felt nearly perfect to me after testplaying multiple times. Make sure to resnap notes (and fix your inherited sections for correct hitsounds/slider speed changes) as well.

Also, you shouldn't be mapping with 1/8 ticks. For Insane, 00:12:841 (6) should be on the 1/3 tick, not 1/8. Likewise, 00:17:327 (9) should be on the white tick. Those are the only incorrectly snapped beats that I saw in Insane, but Hard seems to be full of them.

OK. Fixed the timing, again. Fixed some "weirdly" snapped notes in Hard.

I think it should be fine now.
