There's only one BG,so I'd like you to keep the same combo colours in all difficulties.

Also,fix Tags in Insane,add "Hannah Montana"

I'm not sure about hitsounds.They seem a little random to me :| At least in soft parts,I wouldn't add whistles to EVERY note..at least after each 1 white tick.

the spinner skin looks not very good centered but im sorry i cant help you with that >_< maybe ask a skinner to make it look a little nicer or if you can center it yourself.

Easy:

00:16:707 (3) - whistle on end and 00:18:950 (3) - whistle on end here too would make a nice transition
00:23:997 (1) - finish here on end maybe? i thought this part sounded a bit empty until the last slider
00:33:529 (2,3) - i would put the sound on 3 instead
00:48:670 (3) - clap on the repeat sounds good
01:07:174 (2) - clap on end
01:09:978 (2) - clap on start
01:11:099 (3) - clap
01:20:632 (1) - i would remove the finish here. i think it doesnt sound good ^^;

  1. First thing to say is that I really, really, but I mean REALLY like clean and pretty sliders, and this is not quiet the case. So I'll leave you a guide for further reference on how to make pretty sliders:

  2. hitcircleoverlay.png on the folder is the default one, so it isn't needed. Delete it and full submit.
  3. On the kiai times, delete the fountains at 58:202, 01:56:520, 02:39:572. Believe me, the kiai should be more... plain kiai.
[Easy]
  1. Uhm there are quiet a lot of unsnapped objects... (Tha means, that aren't at the correct distance from the previous ones) Of course this can be done intentionally, but it seems it's just random here. So I recommend snapping correctly every object, as I'm too f*cking lazy to list them ALL.
[Hard]
  1. Again, be careful with the distances... There are too many unsnapped objects, and I think it's much better if you realize where those are by yourself:)

IT'S NOT OVERMAPPED GODDAMMIT!!!!!! I'm mapping to the music. With the correct BPM. Not adding unnecessary beats, THAT'S overmapping, just making an insane diff. Except my mistake at 00:19:791.

You have a few sliders that are really close to being symmetrical but aren't - I'd suggest taking a look at my slider guide.
You need an approachcircle.png and a spinner-approachcircle.png, even if they're just the defaults.

The BPM is double what it should be on this diff.
This is completely absurdly overmapped. The song isn't thaaat extreme, but you're using what would be SV 4.0 if the bpm was correct and ridiculously wide spacing for 1/4s.
I'd say it needs remapping or removing (The spread would be fine if this diff was removed entirely)

Tony's 5th Thing
Nothing technically wrong, but I'd suggest trying to use less square patterns in future - using almost all horizontal and vertical lines gets pretty uninteresting after a while :/

Overmappedness has nothing to do with whether you can pass it - the difficulty of this is inappropriate when compared to the song.
It isn't your choice whether it's removed - it's not your mapset. Also, whether the BPM is doubled or not (It is) It is unrankable to have different timing on different diffs.
And obviously tick rate 2 and 1/4s in my post applies to the correct BPM :/

Also it's never "too late" to add a difficulty as long as it's properly modded.
