Well, I can help for taiko if you want. But for CTB I don't know if I can help, because I'm not really playing this type. But for taiko, the conditions will be slightly modified.

I lowered the numbers by 500, 10 and 3 (respectively) because there aren't loads of players playing this mode. iirc there are ~170.000 taiko players from novice (casual, those who play from time to time) to hardcore-pro (examples : NadekoFL, Mugetsu, kanopu, kds7769).
