Confusing sooo, I'll follow the last rule, not posting the calculationp3n wrote:

If someone follows the rules the WRONG way (and you know what I mean) then their request is put in a lower priority list
If someone follows the rules correctly, like about half the posters here, you can leave em as they are.
The only difference is that if someone doesn't do it right, and sees their mod request in the low priority queue, maybe they'll read
over the rules and learn to pay more attention to detail? Just a suggestion.
