Try to be consistent when you map, that's how most of the maps become fun to play and are appreciated.
You can use some "crazy" things in a map, but you have to "let the mapper know" a reason for that crazy thing, you should avoid making hard things randomly just to make the map hard.
Oh wait. Are you working on Normal Starting from "March!"? If that's why the map suddently changes after 01:52:543, i guess most of the things i said about consistency can be ignored at the moment. But please keep them in mind anyway.

- I noticed that you swapped timing sections a lot for the sliderticks. Consider adding the same sound for both soft-sliderslide and normal-sliderslide, it sounds more polished that way.

01:54:043 (5) - unintuitive, the map has a regular flow and that slider should be 1/4 shorter to respect that.
01:56:443 (6) - ^ same
01:58:844 (4,6) - ^ same (is it really intentional? At least try to avoid impossible jumps so that the player won't break the combo uselessly)
Please check the sliders, i think that's an error due to resnapping.

Before i go on, why the sudden change of rhythm/patterns/spacing at 01:52:543? This doens't fit a Normal, but a Hard. Please revise it, the flow before this part was good for a Normal. If you want to have the map increasing in difficulty, try to slowly increasing the harshness of the map, it's more fun that way. Don't just suddently use impossible jumps/triplets/sliders, it's only tedious.
02:27:950 (7,8) - 02:42:053 (7,6) - check these kind of things too, unless you REALLY know what you're doing (there are a LOT of these)
03:00:356 (1,1,1,1,1,1,1,1) - 1/2 jumps scattered randomly in the playfield (and again, this is a Normal)

Now, this is what i was talking about: this map is really well balanced, there are good patterns that are fun to play and there's consistency.
It seems incomplete since it lacks hitsounds and it ends in a weird spot, but it's flawless for the moment.

This map works better than normal. It's playable, but i strongly recommend to give it a more polished look: most of the patterns are just a punch in the eye because most of the beats just seem to be randomly scattered across the screen. Also, some spacing inconsistencies are quite bad (look below)
