I tried my best to find it, struggling mainly between 33% and 38%, but just overall seems off for some reason, even after tweaking it for bits of an amount. The bpm changes throughout the song from what I can tell.

The 90s suck because this is a timing mess. I'm pretty confident it's between 103 and 103.5 but I'm pretty sure the drum loop is offset each time it starts again, I am however not quite sure since I'm really bad at telling these things, and that's why I'm getting higher BPMs.

Edit: Now that I think about it, I'd go with 230 instead. It's a dense enough rhythm.
