I set two timing points, both of which consists of the same bpm (163.7) but by different moment in which the beats actually came in and was relatively seamless. It's just the acoustic parts that I have trouble on...

some timing points are off sync sometimes and i fixed it

when you are creating the beatmap you had go to file > open .osu in notepad then select all then paste this:

bpm is good ur problem was the offset, try 260 for the offset and leave that as the only red tick u have. should work

I tried my best to find it, struggling mainly between 33% and 38%, but just overall seems off for some reason, even after tweaking it for bits of an amount. The bpm changes throughout the song from what I can tell.

my bpm tool goes dumb on this audio and I cannot manually find bpm & offset of the part with less drums at the beginning.

Soul Intent (Eminem) - Jealousy Woes

The 90s suck because this is a timing mess. I'm pretty confident it's between 103 and 103.5 but I'm pretty sure the drum loop is offset each time it starts again, I am however not quite sure since I'm really bad at telling these things, and that's why I'm getting higher BPMs.
