If you notice anyone with countries that they don't belong to in any way, please point them out. Checking their IP addresses can only go so far, especially with IPv4 addresses having run out now, there's likely going to be a lot of shuffling around of IP address to different locations.

Your flag is supposed to be your country of residence.

Why does Cat have the german flag? He can't speak german (at least not very well) and it always shows Russian Federation in osu.
