when i open osu... and chat (F8) i cant read any thing because it scrolls up by itself...

even when playing Solo... the song scrolls up so fast..

i scroll down but its too fast...
i can't play properly...

i cant play a single song...
even reinstall it...

help me pls...

If you notice anyone with countries that they don't belong to in any way, please point them out. Checking their IP addresses can only go so far, especially with IPv4 addresses having run out now, there's likely going to be a lot of shuffling around of IP address to different locations.

Your flag is supposed to be your country of residence.
