How to INSTALL the Skins downloaded from :

The Updater (Extras Tab)
• You don't have to worry about installing it. The own updater will install it for you!

From the Forum/Web
• Most of the Skins that you download in the forums are in a .rar or .zip. You MUST extract them to the Skin folder where your osu! is installed.

Check this:Step-by-Step made by Hanyuu

How to USE the Skins that you downloaded:

• Open Options. You'll see the following options:

Options Screen

• Click in the Skin button. You'll find this:

Skin Selection Screen

• It's pretty simple now. Click to highlight the name of the desired skin, and then press the Back button.
(You can also set some options such as use or not the skin's sounds)
Note: Always use skin cursor option will replace the per-map skin cursor with the current one from your active skin.

That's it! Enjoy your new skin =p
