One thing im gonna say... you guys really need to read more.
Day 2 it was as simple as asking "Who received Yhuan's message" since Yhuan gives a message to every person they target, it's in their role PM. If no one admitted to receiving the message then he probably targeted the person scum NK'd or scum, and from there that's easier to figure out.

Day 3, igorsprite was already a doctor, i would never allow 2 doctors to be able to protect each other without consequence, so from a balance perspective bambi/tn had to be scum, i thought people didnt read igorsprite's role or something.

Here's a little bit of trivia about the setup:

1. YyottaCat's role was originally going to be a 1-Shot Supersaint Bomb, then i came up with the idea for their role and pie liked it too so that's what ended up being their role. The point of the role was to extract very heavy alignment indicative info from a target that thought was dead, which would only work until they used their role obviously.

2. abraker's role was supposed to not be 1-Shot everything, but i forgot to remove that in the final role PM, as i figured the Universal Miller consequence was already enough of a hinderance.

3. NotRaffi never sent a pick, so i made a role about that fact for him.

4. Asian Warlord was expected to only work about half the time, but no one ever targeted him so he always got his message out.

5. igorsprite was just gonna be normal doctor at first, but then i figured there'd be too many ways to stop scum NK like way back when i did that Touhou Upick, so i decided to add the Neighborizer and limit who he can target.

6. ShinRun i originally thought on something about "possessing" someone due to the flavor, but couldnt figure out how to make that work and balance it accordingly without making the setup be "bastard" or have "vote manipulation" so it was scrapped.

7. GIF actually sent 3 choices "An antiquated desk" "A tv without a remote" "A cat", but since i didnt ask for 3 choices i just combined them all into one.
7a. If GIF had rolled town i could've just picked the top choice and make him a tree-stump or something similar.

Now i also apologize, there were several Mod errors made by me that will not happen in the future:

Accidentally confirming the existance of Yyotta's role by mentioning a 24 hour twilight that can end if all twilight roles say they want to end it. I tried to damage control this very hard, but it was a really bad mistake on my part.

Announcing that 5:3 wasnt MiLo was another bad mistake on my part since it should've been, from here on out it will be 100% numbers based.

I said "bambinex targeted NotRaffi with a Killing action" when i should've said "your target targeted NotRaffi with a Killing Action". This was more me being forgetful than anything, i did mention to ShinRun the mistake existed and that it didnt change his result, it only confirmed that he wasnt redirected.

Also the flavor of the character will Never dictate alignment, it dictates the Role (Role and Alignment are 2 different things, never forget that). What it can do, if a character is someone that's very good or someone who in theory would "never hurt anyone" while rolling Mafia is add Modifiers like GodFather or "Cant make the factional kill" among other things.

Now, if it was a theme game with pre-made roles based on those characters, then yes, more evil characters would end up being the evil players in the game (usually with mod help so they can fake claim and not be caught by mass flavor/role claim), or sometimes it ends up being in reverse (the bad guys are the good guys in the game and viceversa).

Dont feel bad about asking mod questions, even hypotheticals can give you information on how roles interact.

I cant confirm people's roles, but i can tell if you ask "what would happens when x roles targets y under z conditions" alternatively you can use roles that are already dead and i can tell you how they work.

btw my mega case tl;dr was gonna be something like

- ShinRun played like garbage the whole game
- Bambi/tn played like garbage the whole game
- Shin’s guilty sounded fake af
- Bambi did not resist the guilty claim
- tn did not resist guilty claim
- Shin vs tn was probably scum vs scum
- tn did not protect claimed redirector and he should know better
- therefore Shin and TN are scum together
- MeLo changed to ELo and Shin is suddenly going after penguin with another fake looking guilty - penguin is town scum is trying to mis-elim
- Yyotta role is something scum is highly unlikely to get + Asian is town
- PGO doesn’t really make sense when there was an ascetic, vig, and two doctors balance wise come to think of it
- penta is the last scum

One thing is, that penguin not being quickhammered with a basically conf town player voting him should've given ppl red flags... BUT NOPE penta voted Shin instead.

For the future reference @Pentaqola when you're town.
If there is already someone being voted in LimLo dont... and i repeat DO NOT vote someone else, because if there's a town player voting a town player, town already lost regardless, and if there's no quickhammer then either the player being voted or the player doing the voting is scum.

This information is crucial for town becuase at this stage in the abscense of busing literally every town player needs to be correct n times in a row (n being the number of remaining scum)

As much as how defensive I looked and how penguin and I both happened to be scum here, my panic for people voting early is really well deserved. Because throwing out random votes in ELo really costs a game.

However if scum is being voted out, and you vote someone else (who happens to be town) then you basically throw the game. Only vote someone else if you have a Hard Guilty.

Shin had reason to vote as he had a Hard Guilty, but the rest of the people dont know, so they need to wait and see what happens before making decissions.

Remember, in LimLo all it takes... is ONE townie to vote for ONE other townie, for scum to win.

On another note, bambi/tn's role was supposed to be there to give a positive action towards the Follower Tracker, unfortunate, it was caught when they were killing instead.

Also originally the cop was gonna be multishot but with novice or non conseq. But pie told me to make it 1-Shot instead.

I hope penta learned a good lesson with this. It was my first game with flavors too, so it was still possible to convince me flavors can correlate with alignment.

I disagree. It's a double edged sword. The role claims helped greatly determine who was scum, and honestly I should have ran with it. This game taught me it's accurate 2/3rds of the time. Bambi claiming doctor would have flew under my radar, but tn's later play was a total flop.

Yeah, it didnt help that i forgot to include igor's town role in the list of dead people, i fixed that after, but since it was a pretty big deal at the time if someone made the connection i didnt mention it in-thread. Honestly i wasnt sure if i should've mentioned that i fixed the role or not.

Normally for 2 doctors to be town there must be a modifier or some condition to their role use that prevents abuse, same with doctor+cop combo. Things like Macho, Odd/Even Night, Ascetic, etc.

Or scum having roleblocker/jailkeeper/redirection, etc

The only reason igor turned Neutral Survivor was because of the modkill punishment, that ensures igor loses regardless of which side he's playing for.

The only reason it worked well as is was because mafia had almost 0 way to meddle with things role wise.

Technically you could've roleblocked the FN by simply targeting him with anything, but you didn't know that.

Some roles are worth claiming outright (Miller) and a lot of roles are worth hiding it til necessary (cop etc)
