I think volume of this diff. is too high ,50%-60% is enough
Annoying hitsounds o_O , you can try using normal-hit instead of the soft-clap.
And spacing of the notes is too bad (like 00:04:180 (1) ) ,use Distance Snap to fix them up.
Kiai time suggestion : 00:29:264 - 00:50:669 ; 01:45:518 - 02:28:327 (I think only use this part of kiai time is better )
disable countdown , it doesn't work at all
Stack Leniency can't be full ,it's unrankable

Blue: Sugestion. Not necessary, but should take good effects.
Green: Notification or cosmetic thing. May, but don't have to be fixed.

Nazi mods: fix'd something, about 01:21:271 (6) someone told me to align it with the previous slider, someone else to move it away... I think it's good now as it's quite clear but requires attention to recognize.

For everyone who hurrderp'd about combo colours in kiai: lots of people told me "Damn those jumps" "I ragged a lot on this part" and so on. Since it's so difficult for many, let's say these new combos will give a "HP boost" to players. If required, I'll lower even more the HP Drain, but I hope it won't be necessary.

Em... I suppose you copied the skin elements from http://osu.ppy.sh/s/25366. Ask for permition (if you did, ignore this).

Insane:
Hitsounds doesn't make sense at all, seriously. Mostly, circles placement neither.

Some unrankable stuff like 1:51:204 (1,2,3,4,5) that doesn't make sense at all too. Unrankable because it's not intuitiveand it's goddamn ugly.

The thing that most bugged me is the general circle placement, which is very intuitive... not.

2:12:274 Continue? Eh?

Insane 2:

Hmm, hitsounds here make more sense. Although, circle placement is one of sadness too.

Ah, some sliders could be shaped better.

Also, those repetitive 47:157 (1,1,1,1,1,1) make noooo sense.

I don't want nor have spair time to explain and make significant improvements to your map.

Generaly, this mapset could've be better worked on. But as it is your first, seems... resoanable (my first one sucked as well...).

You really need a normal or a hard difficulty to balance out the spread. Insane is confusing and hard.

[haku's easy]
no preview point set. Make sure you update each time you do mods so you don't accidentally delete any updates infinity made (preview point is something trivial which you don't really have any say in on a guest difficulty anyway)
00:50:752 (1) - aimod is giving this a hard difficulty. It doesn't change much to just make it on the red tick after.
01:15:083 (5) - new combo? could use a whole combo double check.

These anti-jumps are killing me. Unless you have a really good reason to make the spacing ridiculous, it would be better to properly space everything and manually put in your jumps. Nobody likes anti-jumps.

Scegli tu se seguire il consigli sull'offset e se aggiungere il prewiev point al punto che ho detto

Followed both ziin suggestion, all diff don't have the prewiev point (just read the 3rd row of this post for my suggestion for the prewiev point).
Completed my diff with the last Part ... ( just duh >.< Star Rating increased to 2,71 )
