you just recolored the default hitbursts (and only slightly). As many people use custom skins, I don't see a reason to even bother skinning them.
It would be neat to see the waffle being colored by skinning the hitcircleoverlay rather than the hitcircle itself. I don't know if it will look okay though. You can use OverlayPosition under [general] in the osu file to set whether the numbers are above or below the hitcircle overlay.
your spinner isn't centered. You can also use that pink/yellow/gray background color on it. It's also very easy to lose the cursor on that peach color, so all the more reason to vary it up a little bit.

I'm pretty impressed by the beatmaps themselves, nothing terrible in them, but this isn't that hard of a song to map.

There's a reason it's called a 'soft parade.'
0:32:901 - I don't like this neighter. The melody has 1/1 beats all aong, so you really do have to use vocals where possible. shorten it by half, move to 0:33:359. And to make it rhytmic, add a circle at 0:33:130 too~^
