General: Gray combo color is... quite... yeah. I would put pink or green instead. More importantly, i think you should ask in timing queue for a new timing. This one feels weird to me, so please double check it with someone more acknowledged in timing.

0:30:153 - Here you continue 1/1 beat without a reason... 1/1 beat is boring and should be only used when there is a need to, (there was the vocal on yellow combo, i cant hear it in this place). So remove this slider and put a circle where it ended, because there is a sound there, make that circle the new combo, add finish sound what was there before when u had the slider.
0:32:901 - I don't like this neighter. The melody has 1/1 beats all aong, so you really do have to use vocals where possible. shorten it by half, move to 0:33:359. And to make it rhytmic, add a circle at 0:33:130 too~
0:15:039 - that feels rather like a break place... remove and add a cricle where it ended
1:16:871 (5,6) - Those beats are great as a slider, and make it have same sounds as the previous slider (3)
1:22:367 - Remove as again feels like a break.
1:38:168 - Use sounds from the slider after. Both should be the same.
1:42:520 (4,5, '6') - Hard patterns can be avoided, make that a circle and repeat 5 instead of having the note (6) after. And this bit is quite weird... By that i mean that there has to be a beat of anykind at where you placed beat in previous combo in this part of the song (till the spinner). So recheck.

I'm so dumb ~ I just noticed you have different offsets for each diff. also there is another big problem, you start to map in Easy before the metronome starts (before the red timing section) and that is bad. There are 2 options, one is to start mapping where the metronome starts and the other is to change the offset for all diffs. so the metronome starts earlier, I got this offset, of course I'm not an expert (I can barely get the timing for my own maps ;w;) So it may not be perfect and you'll need to get other people to check it, anyways I got 4987 for offset >w< Remember offset must be the same for all diffs, also don't forget to RESNAP ALL NOTES after you change offset.

I understand some people would rather a storyboard than the video, but can you think for a minute? This is sasue's FIRST map! Which means, well duh, she wouldn't know the first thing about storyboarding. And if you really have that much of an issue with the video, I'd like to see you make a storyboard yourself. The grey was for the Belgian flag, which is the main point of this song. Otherwise, I'd have to choose black, which kills the hitcircle. A new colour would wreck the main idea of the song?

Hello. offset 4978 sounds better here. if you will change it,then don't forget to resnap all notes.
And I noticed that only on Soft Parade diff this song is mapped till 02:42:748. The other diffs are mapped till 02:31:297. Since Soft Parade is the easiest diff - this is not good to make it the longest diff. So,map other 2 diffs till 02:42:748,or delete on Sof Parade diff these 11 seconds.

- This diff play as normal but the star rating is still above 3. I myself are perfectly fine cause it fits as the easiest diff even though the rating shows 3.5, but if there's a MAT/BAT who won't accept it, there are 2 ways to do. First is make an easy diff with rating below 3 and the second is to delete 01:07:268 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) then add a break time there. This will make the rating goes down to 3.23, but it shown as 3 in the song selection. There is another way but it involve changing some circle to slider and it's a lot of work so....
00:12:306 (1) - position this near the center of the play field, current position is too far and not very friendly to novice

Nice maps, well I do agree the video is easily replaceable with SB so if you can find the lyric PM me and I'll make the SB ASAP[General]
- the source should be NicoNicoDouga, not video. you can check most of the ranked map to confirm this
- also include a scorebar set (scorebar BG, colour, etc) use the one from template skin if you don't feel like making it
- and include star2 png too
- use black instead of grey?
- the comboburst make my nose bleed~

- This diff play as normal but the star rating is still above 3. I myself are perfectly fine cause it fits as the easiest diff even though the rating shows 3.5, but if there's a MAT/BAT who won't accept it, there are 2 ways to do. First is make an easy diff with rating below 3 and the second is to delete 01:07:268 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7) then add a break time there. This will make the rating goes down to 3.23, but it shown as 3 in the song selection. There is another way but it involve changing some circle to slider and it's a lot of work so....
00:12:306 (1) - position this near the center of the play field, current position is too far and not very friendly to novice
00:32:916 (6) - the break after this slider, move the actual break area (grey) to 00:34:290. To do this just move your cursor to the edge of the break time and the cursor will change. It'll look like this http://puu.sh/1ybm

00:24:656 (T) - this timing section is using a 2x slider speed but there are no slider in this part make it meaningless

00:41:619 (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8) - I suggest to follow the other diff and put this into break time too
00:47:573 (1,2,3) - please no, this is not a good anti-jump as 2,3 is very similar to 1/2 beat spacing.
01:15:283 (4,5,6) - space them with your basic DS (Distance Snap) please
01:16:428 (7) - ^ increase the DS by 2 cause this section used 0.5 slider speed
01:49:176 (1,2,3) - play better if you make them into stacked notes or slider repeat

Er, Justine, you know, since I changed the beatmap name, you're kinda going to have to re-download the map. AND THEN you give me this download link. Cause you just messed up the map. It labels your diff as a different map, and won't allow me to use 'edit' on osu on your diff. That's kind of a problem. So could you re-download the map AND THEN give me this download link again.
