Thanks for beta wallpaper xd:) it's nice too but prefer that like I described up.

And if one want to play normal-on main site there is explenation!

Because this upgrade can make some of the beatmaps difficult to play, you can disable osu!core on a map by disabling DoubleTime in mod select. It will be enabled on the next map you pick, so you can experience it as intended. Keep in mind that Reset All Mods will turn it on, not off

When I started osu! today I was like "Update? Not now, thank you" and when I got back to the title screen I was all like O_O from the title screen.

Then when I updated osu! I laughed so hard... I didn't even recognize the music!

Side effect: osu! now requires admin priviledges to run, at least for me.

So when this is over can I still change the date back to April 1st to keep playing them? I want more time to make some mp3s out of a lot of the songs. Just in case it's not an option in the future.

Lol if u change the beatmap name into something that has the word nightcore in it (like: instead of no thank you, Nightcore thank you :lol: ) than you get a normal song that doesnt got a high pitch :)

An april fools thing again? I really like this. I rather listen to these songs than play it. Some of the songs I have when "nightcored" sound a lot better that the standard ones.

When I opened osu, I found something creeping my a little bit saying "Did they add a background on it!?". Then when I clicked "Edit", I hear something strange and I gone to the single mode... I got myself addicted to this prank y'all having.

This is the BEST addicting prank ever!!! I wish you could add this remix on the mod... Please!!!!!:) :) :)

By far the best april's fool's joke in osu :D
anyway, it somehow managed to mess my sound card, it doubletimes/nightcores every sound file i listen to, including mp3s, youtube vids, ogg, wav.. Tried rebooting and didn't help, I'm installing new drivers now and i'll see what will happen.

Not really bad(well yes ), but just wanted to let peppy and others know it might need some tweaking if this mod is gonna stay as a toggle.
It's fixed now but it required reinstalling sound drivers.

The most songs are sounding terrible this way! I mean I love Nightcore too, but this is freaking annoying!
Sorry but this was a really bad idea...
Even in the Lobby and the screen to choose the music the songs are pitched and speeded up... I miss the original songs a lot...

I left Osu open... just can't get enough of Vicinity of Obscenity by System of a Down in Nightcore mode...

Can you add a direct switch for the mod?
I'd like to listen to some slow and soft musics to relax, but I have to make the mod off once I changing songs.

Anyone wondering it seems the same trick to change your computers date to turn it off will turn it back on.

Was wondering if it would be possible to make osu!core a new mod? A lot of people seem to like it & it is fun to play on some songs or even all of them! Woops, didn't know there was already a post for this :P

osu!core will return as a mod in the next release or so. In the meantime, you can still enjoy it by setting your clock to April 1st GMT.
