Well, if you are living in germay plus somewhere outside the big citys it isn't so easy to get a powerful internet-connection.
Just look at my upstream...horrible^^
Faster net since 2 months, it works great.

1) Free hostel LAN connection (can't connect to Bancho due to proxy settings)
2) Wifi broadband that I've purchased for the sole purpose of connecting to Bancho
Both are meh
