AR - 1 for the easiest difficulty? Slightly high at the moment k.

SamiPale's Normal:
HP slightly low for a Normal but should be ok since the map is pretty hard for a Normal (with high BPM), don't want players fail easily.
01:54:198 (1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2,3,1,2) - add some hitsounds here? to compare with the next pattern (where whistle start)
02:10:064 (4,1) - could be hard for beginners to read if could then still don't want to change it = =|||

and ok, for playability, there's people SS it, even HR. i'm not a pro player myself, i can get a B or A if i'm lucky, so i don't know why it's unplayable.

and if ranked score is more important to you, i guess you could play other maps because what you care is neither map or playability for sure.

Pretty sure this sound like a criteria to me, yet your map doesn't really meet this one. Now, if only we could find someone who knows the real rules to get some clarification. Unfortuanetley asking BATs will only give you different answers both saying it's rankable and not rankable.
