-I see 3 pictures called "Album small art" "BG" and "Folder" in your folder that are all the same thing. Seeing as there is no storyboard are they all needed?
-Not a big deal but try and keep the letterbox during breaks consistent on every difficulty?
-Make sure the preview point is exactly the same on every difficulty
-Make sure the tags are the same on every difficulty

eveless' Easy:
AR - 1 for the easiest difficulty? Slightly high at the moment

SamiPale's Normal:
HP slightly low for a Normal but should be ok

go on. it's fine, but one thing i'd like to mention here: the long stream is killing people = =||| yeah i'm one of them. 9 is the max (also the max you used for now, that's ok), but not anything longer plz.

Okay NatsumeRin! I finished now the work and this is my second hardest diff. I made yet.
Well but it is playable and approvable, max stream is 9 hit, it's a 10* map. :)

For some reason I think the color of the hitcircle will be a problem during gameplay or something. I strongly recommend you use these
Combo1 : 127,125,147
Combo2 : 175,105,146
Combo3 : 57,138,167
Or change them to any other colors you like/think will fit/think will help/something

at first i think it shouldn't FCable to me lol but after i tried played it seem like it's FCable to me ('cuz there have no any streams orz)
and mapset look fine to me, Rin diff was funny to play. but a gray combo color is a bit hard to see sometime and some part jump is a bit too far (not that much) but they're fine to me, some parts have hidden silder stuff but they're still see-able, i dont want to change it much 'cuz it was fun, so Bubbled

The taiko diff is overmapped even in such a high BPM... in some place I don't heard 1/4 drum sound but I don't know why there exist streams, that annoys me ._<

I run on a widescreen resolution, so the combo counter isn't placed over that so I guess it just slipped my mind while mapping. I guess it hasn't really caused many issues though and it plays fairly intuitive (for me). :x

The BG is white and the combo colors is:



But anyone knows with white BGs, the game itself make the BG a little darker, with a GREY layer. So, when a monochromatic map with a white BG appears, guess what? The approach circle disappears. Funny isn't ? And it's ranked. EVEN better, it's a map in the Monthly Ranking March 2011 Chart...

Someone please can answer this: This color blending between BG/Combo colours is allowed or not ?

as i know it's always allowed, just some people don't like it.
supporters (for example myself) think combo color is part of the map and should fit the map's theme (monochrome here, and other wowaka maps)
the other side think playability or score is the most important, it's easy to understand their opinion, but i don't agree.

discuss if you need.

because with this point, mappers will easily be satisfied with copy&paste patterns, aim at make others happy, not making a good map, learn to become lazy, not show his/her thought of a song. at last we sadly find if we have a mapping machine then all is solved.

and ok, for playability, there's people SS it, even HR. i'm not a pro player myself, i can get a B or A if i'm lucky, so i don't know why it's unplayable.

If you are going to go by that logic, then ninja spinners/burai sliders should also be rankable, because some people can do them. IIRC combo colors that blends with the BG are unrankable.

The reason blending colors is unplayable for me is because i can hardly see the notes/approach circles when they appear, making it quite difficult to know when/where to hit which makes the maps playability pretty bad.

You speak of how people are lazy mappers, well, it's funny to see how mappers map their maps, and then don't even play their own maps to realise how bad the gameflow/playability of the map is, but i don't blame them, most people who map insane diffs can't really play their own maps so there isn't much they can do since they won't really listen to modders either.

I've had this discussion with you before so you know what i feel about most of the wowaka maps.

That being said, this map isn't that hard to read, all i had to do was remove the hitburst.

discussed before, it's readable for me and many other players, also there are players think it's unreadable. so i think it's just a different from people to people. then it shouldn't be a thing to complaint.
a similar thing, some players think Shinxyn's patterns are overlap too much or even unreadable, but other peoples are having fun with it. the only difference is this time we have less people against it.

so for me: it won't break playability much, and fits the song/map theme much better.
for some of you: damn how can i play with these combo colors?

and saying in an extreme way, if what you want is to "play maps", it's easy for you to change combo colors and play, you just can't get ranked scores. and if ranked score is more important to you, i guess you could play other maps because what you care is neither map or playability for sure.

Just because people want score doesn't mean they that they aren't caring for the map or it's playability. Infact, they should be caring even MUCH more. There are some people who play this game for fun, and some people who play this game to rise in ranks. You can't simply tell them to go play another ranked map if you want score, because then they wouldn't be able to rise to the top.

It's like saying why should your map be ranked? anyone can still play it while it's in pending, however they don't NEED to play it because it doesn't give them score.

because it meets the ranking criteria well.
AND, i have a border line where i could try to get a map ranked or leave it forever in pending/graveyarded. you can't force everyone to has the same standard here.
btw if some guys want to "rise to the top", they have to deal with such things, sadly. because there're many people who can do it.

Are you really sure your maps meets the ranking critera? hmm maybe they do. I can't say for sure because there are no SET rules when it comes to mapping, only guidelines. However, as someone posted earlier in the thread

Combo Colors
No note should be the same color as the background underneath it at any given point in time. This is horrid and difficult to read.
Pretty sure this sound like a critera to me, yet your map doesn't really meet this one. Now, if only we could find someone who knows the real rules to get some clarification. Unfortuanetley asking BATs will only give you different answers both saying it's rankable and not rankable.

...what i said, it's really a difference from people to people.
just like you can improve your playing skill, i guess reading skill can be also improved. for blending it's a too much subjective thing.
