Experiencing the same related issue as to crystal is right now back on my lol-old Windows 95 PC, it's possible that it could be caused by:

1. A faulty monitor
2. A faulty connection cable
3. Graphics hardware malfunction

What happened on my computer was the malfunction to the graphics hardware, along with some other stuff like a complete malfunction to the motherboard and such. Though, since the PC can be heard booting up, I suppose it can't really be a hardware issue .___.

The lights?As in the one next to the on/off switch at the front?
It blinked once (or is it twice),and went off.

@Roley I dunno...it's not only the monitor,but the mouse and keyboard won't work too.
(it's impossible to check if the loudspeakers won't work,but I assume they don't work)
Is there a component which malfunction affects the above three hardware?

It really depends on the configuration of your hardware.

I assume your speakers plug in to the audio jack/port of the computer, but, what about the mouse and keyboard? Are they wireless and connect to a USB receiver, plugged in to the machine via USB, or plugged in to the machine via unique ports (i.e. the ones which has cables with cylindrical endings such as this)

Oh, great. Now I'm feeling a deeper sense of fear now. Not from the idea of charging in the fog, obviously. It's actually the fear of losing my companion. Maybe this level of fear is the same as how Kiluna is feeling... or maybe heavier; I took Kiluna like I was her leader, and that I feel like I have an obligation to whatever happens to her.
Just to let you guys know that chapter 5 DOES exist and is still being worked on...

Too bad I still don't have a design for him yet.
(BTW,I can still draw.Only black-and-white sketches
scanned in though.Colouring via a mouse is troublesome
for a lefty)

It's not supposed to be creepy; the environment isn't like that really, it's just the fog. All the Niisens will have the fog; yes that includes Soroban2000's Tatsujin level room while Suugaku is still handling it.

And more text (will probably actually post the entire chapter by tom or something):

What I didn't notice however, that Kiluna's been looking at the cats that were surrounding the area. Most of them were going in the same direction we were. Were cats attracted to this place? I was more and more convinced that this place shouldn't be as creepy as it should be. The phrase 'scaredy cat' refers to the general rule that cats are afraid of most things (no offense to the cats I know), so if they're going in that direction, then there shouldn't really be anything to be afraid of. But I guess the general environment, mostly the fog, is being such a bother that it's still a blank field here... the cats are just there, walking to the point where we're supposed to go... so we just continue walking...

"...oh my... Greed?! Greed is that you?!" Kiluna cried out. She then rushed over to a gray colored cat that was just standing there with a blank face.

"It's me... it's me! I've been waiting for so long to see you again...

...Greed...?

...Greed...?

...why won't you even look at me?"

That cat is staring at something... or rather, nothing. The cat just had a blank face, with a dull sitting position looking at the direction of the screech. It's not even responding to Kiluna's voice. It's not wagging its tail, it's not mewing at all... just a plain cold stare.

"Do you not... know me anymore? Greed..." Kiluna continued to try and communicate with the cat, which she may have named "Greed". In much more useless efforts, she finally stood up, keeping a blank face as she turned back to me.

I mean, Angel Dream is quite cute to hear, but to see another "Angel-related" song lets me imagine some of the "basic contents" (in common with AD and Kaze no Fantasy) that will probably be in the new tune:

1) 3-5 note clusters in 1/4
2) 765 combo assured
3) the chorus will be sung 2 times
4) 2 lines of the lyrics in English

*sigh* it will be a REALLY predictable song, trust me.

Seriously,that's kinda the point of a song series y'know!
If we interpreted the other series songs,they can be quite
predictable too.Except for the 2000 songs,they're too weird
to be predictable (unless you say you expected them to be weird)

Kikyoku:Lemmie guess!All of them feature classical chinese instruments
and modern drum'nbass!And they all have uras!OMG so predictable!

No mai:All of them sound nothing like other namco originals!And they either have
vocals,WTF note patterns or both,and they usually have connections with Tatsh's songs
in BEMANI!OMG so predictable!

2000:They all have weird songs and weirder note patterns!OMG so predictable!

TCC:They're all techno!And have fan nicknames!OMG so predictable!(I might add combo num,
but I forgot whether TCC has a special combo num)

Garyoutensei:They're (almost) all traditional japanese music!And they all feature different note charts
determined by the number of hits in the initial drumroll!OMG so predictable!

Oh, and today's been a really OMG day for me; this recent exam I just took just almost killed me and I was pretty flustered when I came home.

(...there's actually a picture of me sleeping on my still-fixed bed with only HALF OF MY FACE COVERED but I'm not going to share it to people here; I did say I'm never going to show my face to those that don't know me personally)

Anyway, there was this bonus question on our exam that was also related to the topic of the exam, but was pretty much out of coverage and was an advanced-reading type of bonus. It involved Hierarchical Paging, which I will save you guys the trouble of knowing what it is, but it's basically a technique to manage memory occupied by processes used by Operating Systems.

I didn't know how to answer that part, but I was sure of a few things: my answers for each of the entries in the table could only be from 0 to 15. So if I just guessed every number, I would have a 1/15 chance to get it right, so I was like "hey, let's try guessing".

But what numbers could I use so that they don't look completely random and that I was just trolling that part of the exam? Well...

Inspect the non-typewritten numbers (I wrote those):



No one at my school will actually get it; I just felt lucky using these numbers.

Ok, it's quite obvious the resemblance as you've noticed, aqua&crystal...
...but for the other song series this didn't meant a SINGLE SONG/LYRIC MODEL as for Angel Dream/Kaze no Fantasy.

As crystal noticed, the grouping in series is for songs with specifical common themes in their lyrics or tunes (as for the lyrics of the No Mai songs, recollecting to long-distance romances). But this hasn't even meant to uniformize all the song in those series with the same "singing pattern", as done with this couple of songs. Listen them carefully!

1) They have instrumental parts at the same times of the songs;
2) The "song's emphasy rhythm" suggested by the lyrics is the same. 4 stanzas for the 'introduction', 4 for a 'low-tone' section, 4 for the chorus and so on;
3) Both the songs have two lines of English lyrics (and always after the instrumental part following the 1st chorus.

The music changes obviously, but the "singing pattern" IS THE SAME! I'm not sure I'm going to love it for the 3rd time, indeed.

In which case, it's supposed to be, IMO

It isn't as memorable as most of the really memorable songs, but it's definitely one series that I think will be worth of notice.

app automatically converts any pics uploaded via the app to jpg pics,
expect some sucky image quality.

Sometimes files in mediafire get deleted. I guess it's due to something like a copyright issues, cause maps got deleted was from J-pop or anime section.

OK,here's the chibianthro design for AGEHA!
Oh yeah,my bad.The image quality turned out fine I guess.

Since ageha is japanese for the swallowtail butterfly,
I kinda based her off this.(too bad I suck at drawing butterflies…)
The colour scheme is from Ryu's second album with the
same name.

(how do you read that title though? For some reason, 'Kibou' sounds a bit weird for it, unless I'm missing something here)

Sure he does.In a way,Joubutsu represents death and despair,while Kibou represents life and hope.

While I also like this song for its existance,
the song is more than that.It did give me a feeling of
hope,a feeling that everything will be alright,no matter
what.

I never thought that Tatsh is able to compose something this
uplifting,but I'm really glad that he did.

Now I wonder if the other composers will do something similar?

Anyway, more text from the current chapter, at least:

"...?! Ryougen?! RYOUGEN?!" I heard Kiluna scream.

"A very wise choice indeed!" the other girl replied. I then walked slowly toward the entrance of the cave...

"You... you bastard! Why... why..." Kiluna cursed at me. She can curse all she wants, but I think this is the only way I see the journey continue...

I then heard the cats mewing more peacefully, but still a bit ominous. The other girl must have commanded the cats to peacefully let me out.
