I download osu!Sync(ver. 2.18.0.0) with this link https://puu.sh/BUiW6/da2cad5bb1.7z and already update the plugins in console with plugins update.

I have no problem with rtpp ingame but the hit object isnt changing.

delete ConfigGUI.dll in Plugins folder and retry?

and where are you download plugins(or Sync)? Normally the version of this dll is already fixed, unless there are some plugins that come with dlls that will overwrite and cause conflicts.

Sorry I tried to reproduce your problem but it doesn't appear again.
But you can try to type 'plugins update' and update anything or redownload.

Make sure these content isn't empty or you have to set them.
