The errors that have been reported have been fixed. Torrents have been updated, not the Mega packs.
April packs will be uploaded later this month.
Edit: Little updates about some issues
Maps that have been ranked on the 30th or 31st of a certain month and are ranked on the 1st of the next month of the next month will be considered ranked on the previous month for the packs from 2007 to 2017. For 2018 and forward, I will use my local time (UTC+4). So don't report these anymore.

Loved maps are basically unranked maps that have a ranking leaderboard. Nonetheless, they are still unranked maps that can be ranked in the future. Therefore it would require to remove them from the loved list and then add them to the ranked list, which I am not interested in doing.
Why Mega? It's shit, use something else.
It is the best free option I have at the moment with the torrents. I might pay for a premium option on another site than Mega or my own server.

Mega links to the packs will be removed in the future since I am no longer updating them. I will only use Mega to upload torrent files. You will then have to use a torrent client to download the packs.

Over 250GB per day traffic was too much for my server, i limited uploads to 35GB a day. Resetting at 12PM switzerland time, in case you want some nice speed haha

You need to download new packs for new maps, you don't have to start all over.

Report problems:
2018-10 and 2018-11 on all 4 modes are 7z archived, but are named rar.
They're not a *.rar archived, which may make people using Linux confused how to extract them.
And I think the problems caused to 2008-02 and 2008-03 (osu!) are somewhat similar to this.

Are the mega links for individual packs (like 2010-1 and then separate for 2010-2 etc.) gonna come back or is it just gonna be only torrent links for each year now?

Currently, the alternate links only contain up to 2018/11 of all modes, without the update (repack) of the 2008/02, 2008/03, 2017 and 2018 (still old packs, got some probs with the extensions, not the contents (beatmaps) themselves though).
In the next following months, I'll update the alt links right after the torrents releases in 1-3 days and no more than 7 days (incase I'm busy).

P/s: can you add a section or collapsed box in the OP, or 1 reply here every time you change a torrent file in the post pls, not limited to new month updates, like CHANGELOG in some github or WIP skins.
Because recently, I redownloaded all the torrents in the post, re-add in client, performed recheck, and I see my 2012 having 86%, LOL. (ofc 2017 and 2018 0% since you recompressed them)
I'll update the alternative links tonight, after reconfig the OneDrive, and will probably be finished in about 2 days (my internet spd trash).

Extensions problem report, again.
Thanks for RAR5 all 2017 and 2018 (also 2008-02 and 2008-03 to be precise), but I checked some old files and see more.
Example, if you have a ZIP file, named as RAR, when you open it, WinRAR will read it with "RAR algorhythm", not ZIP, that's why some files were missing. However, 7-Zip somehow read the archive as a whole, then detects its algorhythm and show it, without caring about extensions.
Just try renaming some "actual RAR files" to ZIP, open with WinRar and see what happens, xD. (Not with 7z though, WinRAR can still read the contents, or Elessey just store them as an archive file and not compressing anything. So basically, it won't affect files I mentioned as 7z down below.)
The reason why this happened, probably because of this:

I mention this because I use Linux when I want to "mass-extracting" them, if you want to unzip, you use "unzip", same for rar "unrar", and sometimes it show errors "20ab-xy is not a *.rar file"... which is pretty annoying.
And another error: Entire 2018 of Taiko gone wrong.
The archive is corrupted, unexpected end, corrupt headers, empty archive (although still took lots of space), and variety kind of extensions: Jan->May: RAR4; Jun, Sep & Dec: RAR5; Jul: Solid 7z; Aug: 7z; Oct & Nov: Deflate ZIP.
