Rotter is not just a skill test, it's a stamina test. The average player would be completely tired right before reaching the slowdown, and the 1/6 streams are terrible (I really hate the sudden (kkkkkkk)d part). BRA is a lot easier.Propeller_Cap wrote:
Umm just to break in the convo with another one of them god song discussions...
I really think there are only 3 songs suited for god: Joubutsu, Kita, and Ryougen. All 3 of these not only require tons of skill to clear, there are gimmicks placed within these songs that makes them ungodly hard to pass/FC for the average person. For me I don't do so well on any of the 3, especially Joubutsu :/ and I can't full-gauge any of these either.
Rotter Tarmination Ura really isn't god-worthy anymore because it really only tests your skill with Taiko. There's nothing really outstanding about it, except for the ending deathstream but even that is quite easy compared to the deathstreams in the above 3 songs.
Black Rose Apostle Ura shares the same case with Rotter Tarmination, in which that it also only tests skill. The difference is that there's more deathstreams, however these are even more predictable/easier than the ones above.
Hataraku only tests how well you can button/drum mash, really. This is a gimmick song, no real skill is involved unless you're trying to FC the song (which I admit, is nightmarishly hard).
Believe it or not I actually did worse on songs like Doom Noiz and Kagekiyo Ura than on Rotter Tarmination Ura and Black Rose Apostle Ura, lol. I guess I'm better at skill songs than gimmick songs...
Hataraku isn't just mashing buttons either, when you get to the point where you're fast enough to hit the notes correctly you'll notice that the streams require an ungodly level of coordination as you have to switch hands every five or so notes.
As for Doom Noiz...It's PhD level hand-switching
