Tatatat is a normie noob who can't play SV, maps generic garbage loaded with 1/6 and unesscessary deathstreams, condemns pp maps/mapping while farming constantly, and rarely ever fucking talks to me.

CraEZy is a lazy asshole who lied to me multiple times and was a rude asshole last night when he revealed that he lied multiple times and also said he's a selfish asshole who will only do edits for his own maps (despite him being a big help last year)

Brames kicks me from the taiko discord because of an argument Jimmy Rustler and Closed started.

And _Asriel said he was gonna testplay my map but he never did. And it's been a week

Unrelated, but i literally MESSAGED 40 PEOPLE about unofficial aspire #2.5/3 and only got like 1-2 people that are legitimately interested.

I might just quit interacting with everyone and unfriend everybody but loopy.

Only a few have been nice to me, what did I do to deserve this fate?

Hmm.

Some of the cases seem pretty normal and don't feel like a big deal to me, but I guess it depends on what your approach to friendship is.

Tatatat seems like me, I'm a normie noob I guess, though I do try to map properly. I don't have an opinion on pp maps really. They're kind of nice, but sometimes it's just overweighted. I pp farm somewhat often too. Rarely talking to someone is something I do pretty often because I'm a forgetful piece of shit who cant handle many friendships ;w;

Though sometimes,
I just don't talk to people because I don't know them very well, and don't know if they want to talk to me. That might be the case with Tatatat.

CraEZy also seems like me, in the sense that I'm a lazy asshole, but I try to be really honest when it comes to things. I think if someone is conscious of their mistakes, thats okay, if it gets to the point where it's clear they've done nothing about it, then its concerning. If they admit they've been lying to you and were a selfish piece of shit who just wanted to do thing for themselves, then first off, it's kind of a sliver of honesty in itself. Secondly, a lot of the time that'll be considered self-deprecation, meaning they likely feel guilty over it. Of course, I'm interpreting this dependent on your wording. I'm not sure how admitting they've lied to you is rude, but if they've been rude when confessing, like "sure, i've lied a few times, pfff who gives a fuck", then it's reasonable to think of them as an asshole.

I dont know anything about Brames, though it's probably something you did or added onto the argument started by Jimmy Rustler and Closed. If there was no reason given, then that's pretty fucking strange.

_Asriel seems like a normal person so far. It's possible to forget, as shitty as that is. Maybe an ideal friend is someone who commits themselves to you or something and making sure they support you or follow their words, but then again, it's an ideal friend. A lot of friends might not have the dedication for that.

The aspire thing is a pretty iffy thing. Sometimes people can be pretty unsure of what they think of it, maybe shrug off your ideas, or shit on them or something.

I dunno.

Sorry if I'm misrepresenting how things actually are. I don't know enough about what's going on, so I cant do much.

I find negativity bring more negativity. Start seeing the cup as half full rather than half empty before you fall into the abyss.

You seem to be a pretty good friend

You get this

thank ;w;

but yeah, i'd suggest giving friendships a thorough amount of time, making sure they want to be friends in the first place, or something. Maybe give it time to build some nice bond so that you know it's mutual. Developing at least that is a pretty good signal of a decent friendship.

thats a pretty okay way of looking at things. though, this depends on someone's mindset and really, its not simple to just "start seeing the cup as half full".

Whether or not you feel optimism is right for you, is your decision.

I'd say my outlook is pessimistic whilst somewhat neutral. It just differs on what works best.

But all good critics think that way (Mr. Enter, Simon Cowell, Gordon Ramsay, IHE)

have u actually talked to any good critics or are you just assuming from TV Personas.

There's a difference between realism and pessimism.

being able to see the bad in things does not make you particularly observant or informed, it just makes you edgy

pretty much anyone can see when something isn't good
kai99
do you actually know how to make friends or do you call everyone you've talked to like, five times your "friend"

:hmmm:

HMMMMMMM

i dont think i even need to respond to what im referring to there. nevermind.

Anyways, to be more direct I wouldnt say simply "being able to see the bad in things" is being edgy. An obsession over dealing with "bad" things would, though.

...or maybe we have different definitions of what's "edgy". I dont know. You probably generalized it or something, but honestly, if youre going to do that, then make sure it at least accurately represents something, and doesn't broaden the range for what could be defined as edgy from what already IS edgy.

Maybe being depressed just means you're edgy? It kinda makes depression feel a bit less credible and legitimate though, as if we can just deduce everyone who puts up with a really tough life as "edgy".

I guess I'm just rambling and being a little irrelevant at this point, but I still would like to expand on how accuracy in writing your intentions is something that's pretty important..

Criticizing your life will be a thing to do when things are really good and you still have the desire to improve. For now, try to think of at least one good thing that happened to you recently.

Really? I thought being edgy is pushing social boundaries for being cool or for shock value instead of thinking everything in life is shit and everyone as response looking at you thinking, "ok, whatever"

cool and shock value vs life of shit and "ok, whatever"

what is your definition of edgy?

So you’re saying if someone knows what’s fucked and wrong with the government and the public school system, they’d are just edgy?

Think through your implications and make sure your logic checks out
