Any 'Authoritarian Leadership' genre work is going to have similarities to the others. Brave New World is just the most obvious point of influence. No need to make a list of every single one. Additionally you risk making dangerous assumptions assuming all influential western works have had the same impact in Japan.
I do think it is interesting that Shin Sekai Yori and Psycho-Pass respond to their control structures as more a necessary evil rather than something to be prevented. It's probably a mix of the two but one has to think whether this is a difference in East/West perspective or just a result of modern era paranoia.
