Rest is perfect. I have to complain just the position of these spinners: 00:33:999 (1) and 01:54:166 (1), because their recovery time is very short for a normal.

00:29:337 (4) - can't tell the difference from the rest of them, so prob bad idea

00:46:119 (1,2,3,4,5,6) - for this entire long stream I would start each new combo 1 earlier (it suits music more)
00:53:677 (4,1,2,3,4,5,6,7,1,2,3,4,5,6,1,2,3,4,1,2,3) - don't follow combos here much either but ok~
(btw those streams are veryyyy hard to fc...)

I think I said you need to contact me when there is timing change, hmm.

Unfortunatly all notes after 00:13:999 are mistimed by around 5ms. There were 2 more uninherited sections in Taiko map 1 and you moved only one.

And here's fixed one.

Uninheritted sections must be snapped properly if we used those for correcting barlines in Taiko mode, but sometimes merely seeting uninheritted section can move offset by 1ms or less. To compensate that, I need to set offset moved by 1ms purposly.

00:46:119 (1) ~ 01:01:346 (1) - I'm totally not sure about these notes placement. Try to replace them with using 1/3 or 1/6 please?

Someone told me to delete 1st timing section in -4ms cause it's useless, and now I need to restore that, hmm...

For other uninheritted sections, that's just for barlines, and additionally...

Maybe have the other diffs match Taiko's first offset?

offset should be 682 with 5/4 divisors add another red line with 4/4 divisors on 14015

- Also, what does the background have to do with Touhou? Touhou background (one with Flandre Scarlet) would be... better.

Easy:
- IMO, slider velocity agonizingly slow. I know it's an easy, but still...

01:54:014 (1,1) - Yeah, same thing + not enough time for spin recovery

- Remember how I said slider velocity was agonizingly slow for Easy? Yeah, Normal's the opposite: Too fast. Just my opinion though.
- So, uh, kinda feels like a Normal+ for me.

Insane:
- Increase the circle size by 1 and I will love you longtime. So, um, I'm thinking small circle size doesn't go well with high slider velocity. Nothing WRONG with it, but... just my opinion again.

Mainly just my opinion. Though you probably won't fix the ones where I say stuff about slider velocity (everything *cough*), please consider what I'm saying.

EDIT: Erm, sorry for changing your bubble to a star, still getting use to these control stuff... I'll fix it after you consider the... stuff.

from experience, i can tell you. for a beginner player, even two seconds isn't really long for spinner recovery. if you don't mind, i'd like to get more opinion on this.

I have to agree with D-- YGOkid.

I don't agree with it being too short, however, the recovery is far too little for my liking.

My two cents since YGOkid wanted it.

That BG is a little risque for my liking. Think you could replace that with a more-clothed version please?
Your scorebar skins seem to be working incorrectly. They seem to have excess life before HP starts draining visibly. Please address this. Also remove scorebar-colour-ALTERNATE since it's not being used.
followpoint looks ugly compared to the combo colors. I'd just leave it as the default.

01:23:014 - May as well map through this break or the one after. The break right afterward feels disruptive of flow if you keep the first one. Pretty much feels kind of drab to play for 5 seconds (and it's only a spinner) and break for even longer. -_-

Raise the difficulty settings a notch or two. Feels way too low for the map style.
00:05:681 (2) - Kinda ugly
01:10:015 (1,1) - That overlap. :<

Wow, quite the difficulty jump. It'd be nice if you could get a hard difficulty in here to bridge the gap between Normal and this.
I'd prefer if you kept the same break-scheme as the rest of the difficulties, but okay.
00:46:126 (1) - Holy hell this is hard. Maybe mix in some short sliders?
01:28:681 (1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,1,2,3,4,5) - Considering the crazy stuff you did earlier, this part was rather tame.
01:39:014 - And considering the pace of this difficulty, I'd map through this break.
01:53:598 (4,5) - Stack these properly
02:00:681 (1,2,3,4,5) - Kind of boring for the finale of the map.

Mainly need to address that skin problem, the bg, and remove the extra image.

Edit:

Okay, new bg is fine. The HP bar is still screwed up, but I guess the skin has been used all over the place and no one else seems to care, so okay. And no changes to the maps, which is disappointing - especially the difficulty settings, but whatever.

big notes in 1/3 streams are ok unless it's overused. So, yeah, I think this is ok.
